This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Technically necessary cookies — for booking and language selection — are used on the basis of our legitimate interest. Cookies for statistics and marketing are only set after your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can withdraw it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser and choosing again.

Schedule, pricing and vouchers are embedded via widgets provided by Eversports GmbH, Vienna. Loading these sections establishes a connection to Eversports servers, transmitting your IP address.

If you book a class or buy credits, Eversports processes your data to perform the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The Eversports privacy policy applies in addition.

On the contact page we embed a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited). The fonts used are loaded from Google Fonts. In both cases your IP address is transmitted to Google.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being findable and in a consistent presentation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

If you write to us using the form, we process your name, email address and message in order to answer your enquiry. Submission runs through Netlify Forms.

The legal basis is the initiation or performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). We delete enquiries once they are resolved and no retention obligations apply.

For the newsletter we process your email address on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Sign-ups are verified by a confirmation email.

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every mailing or by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Where activated, we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel — exclusively after your consent via the cookie notice. Without consent these services are not loaded.

Pseudonymised usage data such as pages visited and approximate region is processed in order to improve the website.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw any consent given at any time.
